This week was much more consistent than last week and also featured more exercise – in the form of Couch to 5K.

Starting Weight: 268.4 lbs
Today’s Weight: 264.2 lbs
Goal Weight: 160 lbs
Pounds to Goal: 104.2 lbs

That’s a 1.6 pound loss since last week and 4.2 pounds lost overall. Slow and steady, right?
